Bob Gurdave Singh Gill; X username @drbobgill, is a General Practitioner at the National Health Service (NHS) England London, and the registered manager at Ingleton Avenue Surgery. Dr. Gill is on the GP Register of the General Medical Council (GMC reference no: 4013925).
Furthermore, Dr. Gill, a self-described “activist,” has recently joined the Workers Party of Britain – a Party led by George Galloway & Chris Williamson among others.
Erasing Hamas' October 7 Atrocious Crimes
On October 31, 2023, Dr. Gill shared a widely debunked conspiracy that holds the Israel Defense Forces responsible for Hamas murders and atrocities against innocent Jewish civilians.
Holocaust Inversion
In addition, Dr. Gill post messages about Israel’s war on Hamas in Gaza that draw parallels with the Holocaust. This is antisemitic according to the IHRA definition of antisemitism.
He also spreads false information about the explosion in the parking area of the Al-Ahli Hospital to demonise Israel. It was a Palestinian Islamic Jihad failed rocket that hit the Hospital’s parking lot.
Antisemitism Denial
Additionally, Dr. Gill promotes the notion that allegations of antisemitism were a “smear campaign against Jeremy Corbyn” on behalf of “Zionism.”
The Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) found the British Labour Party guilty of illegally discriminating against Jews. The EHRC also said that denying the antisemitism problem in Labour was in itself a form of antisemitism.
