Ahmad Qays Sediqi is a London-based Human Rights Lawyer. He is Owner-Director of Dayton Rayleigh Solicitors. Furthermore, Qays is a Trustee and Director at Refugee Action, a registered charity, and the Head of Public Relations and Communication at Muslim Employment Charter.
Qays, a former refugee, appears to specialise in immigration law, legal aid, and civil liberties. Unfortunately, his dedication to those facing discrimination and injustice is tainted by his controversial and bigoted social media posts.
Investigations into Qays’ posts on X and LinkedIn, where he has more than 11K and 26K followers respectively, revealed posts of extreme antisemitism, including a blood libel image depicting Israel drinking Palestinian blood fed to her by the US, a neo-Nazi white supremacists’ video message twisting the Talmud to harm Jews, and many disinformation posts that deliberately seek to delegitimize Israel and demonise Jews.
Israel, as a sovereign nation, operates within a framework of national and international laws, including engaging in self-defense and security operations recognized under international law. It has a structured military, judicial systems, and democratic institutions, distinguishing its actions from those typically associated with terrorist organizations, which operate outside the law to pursue their objectives through violence against civilians. The characterization of Israel’s actions should be based on factual analyses and international law standards, not influenced by propaganda from any side.
This is patently false. There has never been a sovereign Palestinian state. The maps often presented to illustrate Palestinian land loss over time are fundamentally flawed and misleading. They fail to accurately reflect the complexities of land ownership, legal statuses, and historical agreements in the region. Moreover, these maps oversimplify the nuanced and multifaceted nature of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, ignoring key historical events, population movements, and legal realities.
This is a chant for the destruction of the only Jewish state and genocide of Jews. It was coined in the 1960s by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), a designated terrorist organisation until 1993.
Comparing the actions of the Israeli government to the Nazis, is antisemitic. It is also a lazy comparison designed to hurt Jews.
These unsubstantiated allegations were forcefully rejected as baseless, with no such report having ever been sent to Israel.
This is a Pakistani girl, not Gazan. The video footage has nothing to do with Israel’s war against Hamas. You can hear Urdu in the background of several short videos this girl appears in on TikTok. That TikTok account is linked to a gofundme campaign for Pakistani kids.
This image of a poor Syrian girl, who allegedly is a survivor of a Russian bombing campaign in Aleppo, has been circulating on social media since at least early 2016.
The “innocent baker” is Omar Yousef Manna’ Fararja (عمر يوسف مناع فرارجة), a member of the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades (the armed wing of the terrorist organisation Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine). He was killed on 05 December, 2022 during an armed clash with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Ahmad Manasra was not abducted, he was convicted on two counts of attempted murder.
This is the annual penitential prayers (Selichot) in the Cave (Tomb) of Patriarchs (Ma’arat HaMachpelah) in Hebron. It is the second most sacred site in Judaism. Originally it was a Jewish shrine. The area shown in this video, Ohel Yitzchak hall, is open for Jews (and for Christians and non-Muslims) 10 days a year on Chol Hamoed Pesach, Erev Rosh Chodesh Elul, Rosh Hashana, Aseret Y’mei Teshuva- Slichot, Yom Kippur, Chol HaMoed Sukkot, Evening for Hakafot Shniyot, and Parshat Chayei Sarah.
We believe that Ahmad Qays Sediqi’s behaviour online contravenes the rules of professional conduct that the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) gives on social media use. We encourage you to complain to the SRA, and also to his employers.
