Background information
Our review of their output on X shows that Ell is an antisemite who makes many offensive comments on social media, including:
- Calling all Israelis blood-thirsty child killers, which implies that all +10 million Israelis have “murdered children”.
- Calling for the destruction of Israel, and only Israel, which would mean the displacement of the indigenous population of Jews. Whilst not calling for the destruction of India or Pakistan for example, who are also at war and were founded at the same time as Israel. In essence, Ell is holding Israel to a different standard than other countries, which is highly antisemitic and offensive.
- Alleging that Israel massacred her own citizens under something called the “Hannibal directive” to deny that the October 7th massacre was committed by Palestinians. This is one of the worst forms of antisemitism. The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) describes it as: “Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.”
Furthermore, Ell engages in Holocaust distortion by blaming Israel for the school strike in Iran (it was actually the US). They are desecrating the memory of the victims of the Holocaust. Calling Jews “white Europeans” is blatant racism. Jews come in many colours and from many ethnicities. We are an ethno-religious group, just like the Sikhs and Yazidis. Would they call Middle Eastern Jews, also Holocaust victims, “white Europeans”?
These tweets say that Zionism is inherently genocidal and that there will be no peace “until Israel is dissolved entirely”. This goes beyond policy criticism and denies any legitimate Jewish nation-state, which fits the IHRA example of antisemitism: “denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination.”
Ell also expresses support for the Iranian regime in its war against Israel. This position is widely considered antisemitic, as the Iranian government’s opposition to Israel is closely linked to institutionalised antisemitism, including Holocaust denial, the funding of militant proxy groups, and alleged plots against Jewish targets globally.
This post is antisemitic because it portrays the “antisemitism crisis” as a fake moral panic invented and directed by a powerful “Zionist lobby” and their allies in government and the press, echoing classic conspiracy myths about Jews secretly controlling politics and the media. Under the IHRA working definition, this kind of allegation about the power of “Zionists” is a paradigmatic example of antisemitism. The EHRC has likewise found that claiming antisemitism is simply made up or exaggerated to protect Israel from criticism is itself an antisemitic trope, because it denies and delegitimises the real experience of antisemitism and treats Jewish concerns as bad-faith political manipulation.
All in all, it has to be said that Ell is obsessed with telling Jews what they should believe in, and is weirdly fixated on Jewish ethnic roots. The latter is very similar to the Nazis.
Please submit a complaint to the Green Party concerning Ell’s online conduct, and report the matter to Norfolk Police as a potential case of stirring up racial hatred.
