Property Lawyer Noman Hassan Exposed Sharing Antisemitic and Atrocity Denial Messages

Noman Hassan (Also known as Noman Gondal)

Property Lawyer, Head of Commercial Property and New Builds at Pennine Kennedy Solicitors | Birmingham, West Midlands, UK

Background information

According to open-source information, Pakistani lawyer Noman Hassan (also known as Noman Gondal) lives in Birmingham and is believed to work remotely as the Head of Commercial Property and New Builds at Pennine Kennedy Solicitors, a firm based in Sale, Greater Manchester. He is registered to practise in England and Wales as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) and is fully bound by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Principles and Code of Conduct. He is also a verified member of the Islamabad Bar Council.

A review of his public posts on X under the handle @nhg_911 (display name: Noman) revealed antisemitic messages. Below, we have included archived records of his public interactions on the platform. These examples document his involvement in Holocaust denial, the denial of the 7 October attacks, and targeted harassment.

Example 1: Atrocity and Holocaust Denial

On May 18, 2026, Noman Hassan replied to a post by denying the violent crimes committed by Palestinian terrorists on 7 October. At the same time, he dismissed the Holocaust as a fabrication. In his reply, he stated:

Example 2: Targeting a Jewish Holiday Greeting

On March 2, 2026, the official Manchester United Football Club X account posted a graphic wishing a happy Purim, a traditional Jewish holiday, to its Jewish supporters. Noman Hassan replied to this religious holiday greeting with a post stating:
By directing political and hostile rhetoric at a purely religious holiday greeting intended for Jewish sports fans, it is clear that he holds Jews globally collectively responsible for his perceived views of the actions of the Israeli government. This is antisemitism as per the IHRA definition of antisemitism.

Example 3: Targeted Personal Attack on an Oct 7 Victim's Family

On July 6, 2026, Noman Hassan engaged in a series of highly aggressive personal attacks against commentator Heidi Bachram, whose husband is Jewish and had multiple family members murdered on 7 October.

Initially, at 6:08 PM, Hassan responded to a thread by attacking Bachram and her family directly, writing:
Shortly after this interaction, at 6:21 PM, Hassan replied directly to a deeply distressing post where Bachram explicitly detailed her family’s direct trauma. In that post, she explained that her husband’s cousin had been kidnapped and murdered by Hamas after his daughter was killed. Despite the severe and tragic nature of the context, Hassan showed no remorse, writing:
By describing a family devastated by terrorism as “monsters” and subsequently mocking the explicit murder and kidnapping of a father and child by calling them “cowards” and “human shields”, Hassan’s timeline shows a malicious level of targeted harassment.

Example 4: Dehumanising Language and Imagery

On March 2, 2026, Israeli activist Hen Mazzig posted a live update on X, stating that civilians across the country were entering bomb shelters due to incoming rocket fire and massive explosions. Noman Hassan replied to this update from his account by posting a GIF depicting a large swarm of rats, captioned with the word “Cheers!” Comparing Jews to vermin draws on classic dehumanising tropes used in Nazi propaganda, and highlights Hassan’s dehumanisation and targeted malice.

Example 5: Dehumanising Imagery Targeting Jewish Individuals

On June 13, 2025, American journalist and activist Blake Flayton posted an update on X expressing his pride about his upcoming draft into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Noman Hassan replied to Flayton’s personal announcement by posting a highly offensive, AI-generated image. The image depicts a bloodshot-eyed pig dressed in military uniform, wearing a helmet marked “IDF” alongside a cap bearing the Star of David. Associating Jewish individuals and symbols of Judaism with pigs is deeply offensive antisemitic trope.

Example 6: Using Antisemitic Tropes

On May 17, 2026, British comedian and commentator Josh Howie shared a post on X criticising the removal of a London exhibition sign that commemorated the victims of the 7 October Nova music festival massacre. Noman Hassan responded from his account on May 18, 2026, writing:
Josh Howie is Jewish. Telling Jewish people to “go back to Poland” is a well-documented antisemitic trope that treats Jewish citizens as eternal outsiders who do not belong in Western countries and implies that all Jews are European. This is not only ignorant, but also inaccurate. Jews are present in many countries and come from many parts of the world, including the Middle East. Hassan once again uses targeted abuse, violating the ethical expectations of his profession.

Example 7: Promoting Global Control Conspiracy Theories

On February 23, 2024, Noman Hassan posted a statement on X targeting international governance. Writing from his account, he claimed:
This statement invokes a well-documented antisemitic conspiracy theory. By claiming that “Zionists” secretly control the governments of major global powers, Hassan directly adapts classic tropes about hidden Jewish manipulation of world affairs, simply substituting the word “Jew” for “Zionist”. This type of conspiracy theory was used by Hitler and the Nazis to justify the Holocaust.

A Demand for Immediate Accountability

The public statements documented above cross a major line. Spanning from 2024 to 2026, Noman Hassan’s online output shows a persistent pattern of Holocaust denial, the minimisation of terror attacks, the doubling down on targeted personal harassment against grieving families, and the promotion of antisemitic conspiracy theories. These acts may well stand in breach of Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003 regarding the transmission of grossly offensive messages online, a threshold clearly illustrated by the R v Chabloz legal precedent. Furthermore, this conduct constitutes a direct breach of the SRA Principles and Code of Conduct, which explicitly mandate that legal professionals uphold public trust, integrity, and equality at all times.

Because of these clear violations, immediate action is required from all relevant authorities:

  • Pennine Kennedy Solicitors must urgently investigate their Head of Commercial Property and New Builds. A firm holding SRA regulation cannot credibly employ an individual who publicly promotes targeted malice and atrocity denial.
  • The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) must launch a formal disciplinary investigation into his professional standing as a Registered Foreign Lawyer to assess his fitness to practice law in England and Wales.
  • West Midlands Police, as his local police force in Birmingham, must review these archived posts to determine if his online activities violate UK hate speech laws or malicious communications statutes.
